2020-2021学年第一学期，境内外国留学生需于2020年8月28日返校复学。我校外国留学生QUASIE EBENEZER、BOTWE ISAAC KWESI、ANTWI-MENSAH PHILIP、EBUO JUSTINE EMEKA等4人，在返校复学后，未经允许离开学校，并在辅导员多次沟通联系要求其返校后拒不执行返校规定，且至今已旷课超过10节。现根据闽南师范大学外国留学生教学管理规定，经海外教育学院院务会讨论决定，予以该四名留学生警告处分。要求该四名学生于本通知刊发后三日内返回学校，并在返校后按照学校防疫要求进出校门。若该四名同学继续违背学校规定，违反学校防疫工作要求，我校将予以开除学籍的处分，并取消该生的居留许可，强制换发短暂停留证件，为此造成的严重后果由该生自行承担。

In the first semester of the 2020-2021 academic year, foreign students in China must return to school on August 28, 2020. Four(4) foreign students from our school, including QUASIE EBENEZER、BOTWE ISAAC KWESI、ANTWI-MENSAH PHILIP、EBUO JUSTINE EMEKA, left the school without permission after returning to school. Furthermore, after the counselor had several talks with them, they refused the demand of returning to school. As a result of this, they already missed more than ten(10) classes so far. under the Regulations on Administration of Teaching Affairs of Overseas Students, the students mentioned above will be given a warning after a discussion by the council of Overseas Education College. The four(4) students are required to return to the school within three days after the issuance of this notice and must follow the school’s pandemic prevention requirements. If the four(4) students continue to violate the school regulations and the school’s epidemic prevention requirements, they will be expelled from the school. Aside from that, the student’s residence permit will be canceled and the temporary stay permit will be forcibly replaced. Any serious consequences of this shall be borne by the student himself.
