近段时间来，福建省内发生了新型冠状病毒奥密克戎染的肺炎疫情。同学们的健康与安全始终是学校最重要的关切。闽南师范大学海外教育学院温馨提示留学生，继续做好自我防护，科学防疫。
Recently, the respiratory illness caused by Omicron has been breaking out in Fujian province. Since your health and safety are our most concern, Overseas Education College proposes that all international students take effective and scientific anti-epidemic measures and protect themselves adequately.
1.遵守疫情防控规范。公众场合要佩戴口罩，注意个人卫生，保持一米线安全距离，不聚餐、不聚集，不前往人员密集的公众场所，自觉遵守“闭环管理”“非必要不外出”规定，减少搭乘公共交通工具。
1.Abide by epidemic prevention norms. Wear mask in public places. Pay attention to personal hygiene and keep a safe distance of one meter line. No dinner party and no mass gathering activities.Do not go to crowded public places. Students should consciously abide by the "closed loop management" and "do not go out of the university if it is not necessary" regulations and reduce the use of public transport.
2.履行疫情防控信息报告义务。按照疫情防控要求，做好每日微信群健康打卡等有关工作，报告每日所在位置。在中国境内的同学，请尽量避免城市间流动和聚集，非必要不出学校，不离开漳州,不离开目前所在城市。如计划离开目前居住地，务必提前告知联络老师或辅导员老师，得到学校批准后方能离漳，同时需将行程信息报给学院，不能擅自离漳。
2.Fulfill the obligation of reporting epidemic prevention and control information. According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, report your daily temperature and location in the wechat group please. For students in China, please avoid unnecessary travelling between cities. Do not leave the campus, Zhangzhou city if it is unnecessary. Students who have made plans to leave their current place of residence and travel out of the city should inform your counselor in advance. Students only allowed to leave Zhangzhou after getting the school's approval. At the same time, students must send the itinerary information to the school.
3.遵守门禁管理制度。学校实行封闭管理，住校留学生原则上不外出；住校外的留学生、校外无关人员、车辆等暂不得进入校园；确因特殊情况须按程序向院（系）履行请假手续，凭请假条进出校园。
3.Comply with the gate access control management. The university implements closed-off management, so students living in the campus cannot go out in principle; Students living outside the campus, irrelevant persons and vehicles cannot enter the campus temporarily; In case of special circumstances, you can enter and leave the campus with the leave permit.
4.科学安全地收取快递和外卖。外卖下单时建议选择“无接触配送”服务，请配送员放在指定位置，再自行取餐。取快递时，请快递员放在快递柜等代存点，减少面对面接触。如果需当面签收，请与派送人员保持一米以上的距离。建议自备签字笔签收。快递柜取货尽量采用扫描二维码的无接触方式。取件时要戴好口罩、一次性手套。快递外包装尽量就地拆封，按照生活垃圾分类要求及时妥善处理，不带回家。取回外卖、快递后，及时摘下手套，认真进行手消毒或清洗双手。避免用不清洁的手触碰口、眼、鼻。饭后及时清理外卖包装盒。不接收来自境外或中高风险地区所在城市的快递。
4.Be Careful to pick the express packet and takeaway food.Students are advised to choose the "contactless delivery" service when ordering takeout food, which can be delivered to the designated location by deliveryman.When students pick up the express packet, they can ask the courier to put it in the express cabinet to minimize face-to-face contact. If you need to sign for express delivery in person, please keep a safe distance of more than one meter from the courier,and sign with your own pen. When picking up the express packet, you can scan the QR code and wear masks and disposable gloves. The outer package shall be unpacked on the spot as far as possible and properly handled according to the garbage classification requirements. After taking back the items, please take off your gloves in time and carefully disinfect and clean your hands. Avoid touching mouth, eyes and nose with unclean hands. Clean the takeout packaging box in time. Do not accept express delivery from overseas or cities in medium and high-risk areas.
5.积极做好疫苗接种、核酸检测等个人防疫工作。遵照属地疫情防控工作安排，做到“应接尽接”“应检尽检”，加强安全防护意识，做好个人防护，降低传播风险。对疫情期间违反校园管理及防疫规定者，学校将依法依规严肃处理。
6.Do personal epidemic prevention such as vaccination and nucleic acid testing. Comply with "Be vaccinated as much as possible”and “Do nucleic acidtestingas much as possible". Students should strengthen their awareness of safety protection and do a good job in personal protection to reduce the risk of transmission. Those who violate the regulations on campus management and epidemic prevention during the epidemic period will be dealt with seriously in accordance with the law and regulations.
