闽南师范大学是福建省重点建设的省属全日制本科院校，也是经国家教育部批准招收海外学生的院校之一。为鼓励国外留学生来我校攻读硕博士学位，培养一批品学兼优、学术性与师范性兼具、“三语双能”（三语指汉语、英语和闽南语；双能指能讲、能教双语）的高层次留学生人才，闽南师范大学特设立优秀硕博士留学生奖学金项目。

一、奖学金申请条件

1.能正常在校注册学习的外国籍留学生，为服务国家“一带一路”倡议需要，同等条件下优先资助东南亚籍留学生；

2.遵守中国政府的法律、法规和校规、校纪；

3. 申请人就读硕士研究生，应具有学士学位或相当学历（同等学历报考条件参照中国硕士生招生执行），申请人就读博士研究生，应具有硕士学位或相当学历（同等学历报考条件参照中国博士生招生执行）；

4. 申请人应具有不低于HSK4级的汉语水平，并提供相关证明，如HSK证书、其他汉语学习和考试证书等，如申请者为海外华人，且母语为汉语，可不提供汉语水平证明；

5.积极参加学校、院系组织开展的各类公益活动及社会实践活动；

6.为支持学校博士点建设需要，同等条件下优先资助汉语言文学、化学、数学、心理学学科硕士学生。

7.未同时获得由中国政府颁发的其他各类奖学金。

二、奖学金内容

每人每年奖励34000元人民币，其中学费22000元人民币，所有奖学金扣除学费后一律按月转入学生本人的银行卡。

三、申请所需材料

1.《闽南师范大学优秀硕博士留学生奖学金申请表》；

2.新生提交最高学历证书扫描件、成绩单及汉语HSK成绩单扫描件；在校生提供上一学年成绩单及汉语HSK成绩单扫描件；

3外国人体格检查表扫描件

4. 护照扫描件（有效期内的普通护照）

5. 推荐信扫描件

6.如有可以证明自己综合能力的文件，如获奖证书等，可在申请时一并提交扫描件，学校在录取时将予以优先考虑。

备注：1.申请人所提交的申请材料无论批准与否均不予退还。

2.证明材料如非中文或英文版本，需提供相应的公证文件 。

四、奖学金申请程序

于每年6月30日前直接向我校海外教育学院留学生管理科提出申请。申请人需将申请材料发送至邮箱OEC2598865@mnnu.edu.cn。因新冠疫情等特殊情况无法按时到校的留学生，我校将酌情安排线上授课，以保证留学生的教学计划有序开展。

Admission Information of Postgraduate Scholarship Program at

Minnan Normal University

Minnan Normal University (hereinafter referred to as MNNU) is one of the key universities in Fujian Province. It is also one of the universities approved by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China to recruit international students. This scholarship program is set up to encourage international students to study for master and doctoral degrees in MNNU and cultivate a group of high-level talents, which refer to international students with good grades and characters, with excellent academic and pedagogical qualities, with trilingual competence (i.e. Chinese, English and Minnan dialects) and two abilities (i.e. speaking and teaching two languages).

1.Admission Requirments:

1)Applicants must be international students who are able to register and study on campus. And in order to serve “the Belt and Road Initiative”, students from Southeast Asia are preferred on equal terms.

2)Applicants must abide by the laws and regulations of Chinese government and observe the rules of MNNU.

3)Applicants for master degree program must have bachelordegree or degree equivalent to bachelor degree. Applicants for doctoral degree program must have master’s degree or degree equivalent to master degree.

4)Applicants must have got HSK 4 or HSK5 certificate. If the applicant is an overseas Chinese whose mother tongue is Chinese, proof of Chinese proficiency is not necessary.

5)Applicants must take an active part in public activities and social practice organized by Overseas Education College of MNNU.

6)In order to support the construction of MNNU’s doctoral program, applicants of Chinese language and literature, Chemistry, Mathematics or Psychology are preferred on equal terms.

7)Applicants cannot be the gainers of any other types of Chinese Government Scholarship.

2.Scholarship:

The scholarship is 34000 RMB/Year for one student and the tuition fee (22000 RMB) is included in it. The rest 12000RMB will be transferred to the student’s bank card monthly(1000 RMB/ Month).

3.Application Materials:

1)Scholarship Application Form for Degree Applicants

2)Scanned copy of graduation certificate, academic transcript and HSK certificate.

3)Scanned copy of Foreigner’s Physical Examination Report.

4)Scanned copy of valid passport.

5)Scanned copy of recommendation letter.

6)Scanned copies of documents which can prove an applicant’s comprehensive abilities, such as certificates of awards(Such documents can be handed in with the above materials at the same time. MNNU will give priority to applicants with these documents).

Notes: 1) No application documents mentioned above will be returned regardless of the application’s result.

2) Proof documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized documents.

4. Application Procedure:

Applicants can apply directly to the Office of International Student Affairs, Overseas Education College of MNNU before June 30 every year. Applicants should send all application documents to the e-mail address:OEC2598865@munu.edu.cn. To proceed the teaching plans in an orderly manner, online lessons will be arranged for the students who can’t come to China and register in the university on time due to COVID-19.
